1. Overview of Attendir

Attendir helps event organizers amplify event visibility by enabling attendees to share their participation across social media platforms. With custom-branded sharing cards, events gain greater exposure, increased engagement, and more registrations.

Our streamlined process makes it easy for organizers to create branded campaigns, invite attendees to share, and track social media promotion activity.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.

By using Attendir, you confirm that any information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Acceptable Use

By using Attendir, you agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for unauthorized, illegal, or misleading purposes.
• Share false, offensive, or harmful content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Service in any way.
• Use automated tools or bots to access or interact with the Service.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You may register using an email address and password, or through a supported third-party authentication provider (such as Google).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Event Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers own the content they upload, including images, branding, logos, and campaign text.

You grant Attendir a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and process your event content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

Attendir is not liable for user-generated content or misuse of the platform by attendees or other third parties.

6. Attendee Sharing

Event attendees may authenticate via supported social media platforms to generate and share personalized event cards. By authenticating, attendees consent to Attendir accessing their public profile information (such as name and profile picture) for the purpose of creating sharing assets.

Attendir may temporarily store profile images on its servers to facilitate the generation of sharing cards. Sharing activity is initiated by the attendee and Attendir does not post content without explicit user action.

7. Subscription Plans and Billing

Attendir offers a free trial period and paid subscription plans. Details of available plans, pricing, and features are displayed on our pricing page.

Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

8. Privacy and Data Usage

Attendir collects and processes user data only as necessary to provide its services, in line with our Privacy Policy.

By using Attendir, you consent to our data collection, processing, and sharing practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The Attendir platform, including its design, code, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Attendir and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written consent.

10. Platform Availability & Termination

We strive to ensure Attendir remains available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access for users who violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

Attendir is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attendir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including failures in third-party social media platform integrations.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify users of material changes through the platform or via email. Continued use of Attendir after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
